TO: THE UNKNOWN HEIRS -AT-LAW, EXECUTORS, ADMINISTRATORS, DEVISEES, LEGATEES OR STATUTORY BENEFICIARIES OF DANNY LYNN FREEMAN, DECEASED, AND ANY AND ALL PERSONS CLAIMING OR HAVING A LEGAL OR EQUITABLE INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF DANNY LYNN FREEMAN, DECEASED, WHOSE NAMES, ADDRESSES, WHEREABOUTS, POST OFFICE ADDRESSES AND STREET ADDRESSES ARE UNKNOWN TO PETITIONERS AND THEIR ATTORNEY AFTER DILIGENT SEARCH AND INQUIRTY BY EACH TO ASCERTAIN THE SAME:

You have been made a respondent in the Petition for Adjudication of Heirship filed in this Court by Matthew Freeman, Administrator of the Estate of DANNY LYNN FREEMAN, seeking a determination of heirship of Danny Lynn Freeman and for other relief.

You are summoned to register and probate any claim you may have against the Estate of Danny Lynn Freeman with the Clerk of the Adams County Chancer Court within Ninety (90) days after the first publication of this summons. Your failure to register and probate your claim within Ninety (90) days will bar any claim you have or may have. Letter of Administration were Granted to Matthew Freeman on June 6, 2022.
