STATE OF MISSISSIPPI:
TO: ALL PERSONS CLAIMING TO BE HEIRS-AT-LAW OF GWENDOLYN WHITE, DECEASED, WHOSE NAMES, STREET, POST OFFICE AND RESIDENTIAL ADDRESSES ARE UNKNOWN AFTER DILIGENT SEARCH AND INQUIRY.
You have been made a Defendant in the Petition filed in this Court by Michael A. White, Petitioner, seeking to determine the heirs-at-law of Gwendolyn White, Deceased, and requesting that the Court enter an Order that the only heirs-at-law of Gwendolyn White, Deceased are: Walter White, Robert L. White, Jr., Nancy Alexander White, Deloris White Davis, Charlene White and Anthony Seals.
You, and each of you, are summoned to appear and defend against said Petition to Determine Heirship filed against you in this action at 9:00 a.m. on the 17th day of November, 2022, before Hon. George Ward, Chancellor, at the Copiah County Chancery Courthouse, 115 S Wall St, Natchez, MS 39120, and in case of your failure to appear and defend, a judgement will be entered against you for the money or other things demanded in the Petition.
You are not required to file an answer or other pleading, but you may do so if you desire. If so, your answer or response should be filed with the Clerk of this Court by the date of the hearing set forth above. A copy of your answer or response should also be mailed or hand delivered to Shannon Law Firm, PLLC, 100 West Gallatin Street, Hazlehurst, Mississippi, 39083.
