Letters Testamentary having been granted to the undersigned by the Chancery Court of Adams County, Mississippi, on the Estate of FRANK ERNST, Deceased, on the 30th day of January, 2026, notice is hereby given to all persons having claims against the said Estate to have their claims probated and registered by the Clerk of the Chancery Court of Adams County, Mississippi, within ninety (90) days from the first publication of this notice, and that failure to probate and register their claims with the Clerk within that time will forever bar the claim.
