PUBLIC NOTICE

SUBSTITUTE TRUSTEE’S NOTICE OF SALE

WHEREAS, on the November 19, 2021, Profice Group LLC, executed a Deed of Trust to Chandler Law Firm, PLLC, Trustee for the use and benefit of Secured Investment High Yield Fund II, LLC, which Deed of Trust is on file and of record in the office of the Chancery Clerk of Adams County, Mississippi, in Deed of Trust November 22, 2021, in Book No. 0978, at Page 758 thereof;
WHEREAS, said Deed of Trust was ultimately assigned to My Three Sons Investments, LLC by assignment on file and of record in the office of the Chancery Clerk of Adams County, Mississippi, in March 17, 2022, in Book No. 0984, at Page 559 thereof; and
WHEREAS, the legal holder of the said Deed of Trust and the note secured thereby, substituted Foundation Legal Group, LLP fka Wilson & Associates, PLLC, as Trustee therein, as authorized by the terms thereof, by instrument recorded in the office of the aforesaid Chancery Clerk in January 23, 2026, in Book No. 1033, at Page 293 thereof; and
WHEREAS, default having been made in the performance of the conditions and stipulations as set forth by said Deed of Trust, and having been requested by the legal holder of the indebtedness secured and described by said Deed of Trust so to do, notice is hereby given that Foundation Legal Group, LLP fka Wilson & Associates, PLLC, Substitute Trustee, by virtue of the authority conferred upon me in said Deed of Trust, will offer for sale and will sell at public sale and outcry to the highest and best bidder for certified funds paid at the conclusion of the sale, or credit bid from a bank or other lending entity pre-approved by the successor trustee, during the legal hours (between the hours of 11 o’clock a.m. and 4 o’clock p.m.) Adams County Courthouse, 115 South Wall Street, Natchez, MS 39120, on March 11, 2026, the following described land and property being the same land and property described in said Deed of Trust, situated in Adams County, State of Mississippi, to-wit:
Commonly known as 16 Oscar Street, Natchez, Mississippi, and more particularly described as Lot Number Seventy-Six (76) of an “addition” to the “Andrews Subdivision” in Natchez, Adams County, Mississippi, which said “Andrews Subdivision” map or plat is recorded in Plat Book No. 2, page No. 19 thereof of the records of maps and plats of Adams County, Mississippi, in the office of the Chanceiy Clerk of Adams County, Mississippi; but which “addition” to said “Andrews Subdivision” does not show on said map or plat. Attached to a deed of conveyance for lot Number Seventy-Nine (79), from Ruth Smith Frazier, to Frederick Roy and Florence Roy, husband and wife, dated the 11th day of December, 1951, recorded in Book 6-U, page 87 of the deed records of Adams County, Mississippi, is a map or plat of said “addition” to said “Andrews Subdivision” as Lots 76, 77, 78, 79, and 80, to which map or plat and the recording thereof special reference is here made for further and more particular description of said Lot No. 76.
Title to the above described property is believed to be good, but I will convey only such title as is vested in the aforementioned Substitute Trustee.
