PUBLIC NOTICE
SUBSTITUTED TRUSTEE’S NOTICE OF SALE
WHEREAS, 4/9/2021, Kylie E Winchester and Stacey Winchester, husband and wife executed a certain deed of trust to Lewis Law Firm, PLLC, Trustee for the benefit of Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. as beneficiary, as nominee for GMFS LLC which deed of trust is of record in the office of the Chancery Clerk’s office of Adams County, State of Mississippi in Instrument No. 129812 Book 0966 Page 278 and recorded on 4/9/2021; and WHEREAS, Vylla Solutions, LLC has heretofore been substituted as Trustee by instrument dated 2/17/2026 and recorded in Instrument No. 146563 Book 1034 Page 327 the aforesaid Chancery Clerk’s office; and WHEREAS, default having been made in the terms and conditions of said deed of trust and the entire debt secured thereby having been declared to be due and payable in accordance with the terms of said deed of trust, Vylla Solutions, LLC, as Substituted trustee of Carrington Mortgage Services, LLC, the legal holder of said indebtedness, having requested the undersigned Substituted Trustee to execute the trust and sell said land and property in accordance with the terms of said deed of trust and for the purpose of raising the sums due thereunder, together with attorney’s fees, trustee’s fees and expense of sale. NOW, THEREFORE, Vylla Solutions, LLC, Substituted Trustee in said deed of trust, will on 4/22/2026 offer for sale at public outcry and sell within legal hours (being between the hours of 11:00 A.M. and 4:00 P.M.), Westerly Door of the Adams County Courthouse, 115 South Wall Street, Natchez, MS 39120 to the highest and best bidder for cash or certified funds the following described property situated in Adams County, State of Mississippi, to-wit: Lot A and Lot B of Mascagni Addition as shown by City of Natchez, County of Adams, Mississippi, map recorded in Plat Book 5, at page 24, in the office of the Chancery Clerk of Adams County, Mississippi.
