TO: THE UNKNOWN HEIRS AT LAW OF JOHN HENRY CARROLL, DECEASED, WHOSE NAMES, RESIDENCES, WHEREABOUTS, POST OFFICE ADDRESSES, AND STREET ADDRESSES ARE UNKNOWN TO THE PETITIONER AND TO THEIR ATTORNEY AFTER DILIGENT SEARCH AND INQUIRY BY EACH TO ASCERTAIN SAME

You have been made a Respondent in the suit filed in this Court by Dusty J. Carroll, Petitioner, seeking determination of heirship of JOHN HENRY CARROLL , Deceased.
You are summoned to appear and defend against the Complaint filed against you in this action at 9:00 A.M. on May 14, 2026, in the Chancery Courtroom of the Adams County Courthouse at Natchez, Mississippi, and in case of your failure to appear and defend, a judgment will be entered against you for the things demanded in the Complaint.
You are not required to file an answer or other pleadings but you may do so if you desire.
