NOTICE OF HEARING
You are hereby summoned to appear and defend against the Petition to Determine Heirs of Mary Ann Proby filed in this action at 9:00 o’clock a.m., or soon after, on the 13th day of August, 2026, in the Chancery courtroom of the Adams County Chancery Court, Natchez, Mississippi, and in case of your failure to appear and defend your interest, a finding against your interest for the things and matters demanded in said Petition may be entered and you shall be forever barred from asserting any claim as an heir-in-law of Mary Ann Proby.
You are not required to mail or hand deliver a written response to the Petition filed in this action, but you may do so if you desire by mailing a copy of your response to AISHA A. SANDERS, Esq., attorney for Petitioner, whose address is 604 Franklin Street, P.O. Box 565, Natchez, MS 39121, with the original response being filed with the Clerk of the Chancery Court of Adams County, Mississippi.
