You have been made a defendant in the suit filed in this Court by ADMINISTRATOR, SARAH M. WARE, Petitioner is seeking Determination of Heirship in the Estate MONROE LEE WARE Deceased.
You are summoned to appear and defend against said Determination of Heirship at 9:00 a.m. o’clock on the 11th day of June 2026, in the Courtroom of Chancery Court of Adams County in Natchez, Mississippi, and case of your failure to appear and defend, a judgment will be entered against you for relief demanded in this petition.
You are not required to file an answer or other pleading, but you may do so if so desire.
