Bid preparation will be in accordance with Instructions to Bidders bound in the Project Manual. Alcorn State University reserves the right to waive irregularities and to reject any or all bids. NOTE: Telephones and desks will not be available for bidders use at the bid site.

An optional Pre-Bid Conference will be conducted at the project site, with the date and time communicated to all current Plan Holders prior to the meeting.
