You are summoned to appear and defend against said PETITION TO ESTABLISH THE HEIRS-AT-LAW AND NEXT OF KIN OF GLORIA RYMER, DECEASED at 9:00am on the 13th day of August 2026, in the Chancery Courtroom of the Adams County Courthouse in Natchez, Mississippi, and in case of your failure to appear or defend a judgment will be entered against you for the money or other things demanded in the complaint or petition.
You are not required to file an answer or other pleading but you may do so if you desire.
