TO: ANY AND ALL THE UNKNOWN HEIRS AT LAW OF LIONEL WHITE, DECEASED.
You are summoned to appear and defend against the Petition to Determine Heirs filed in this action by Timothy Belton, as Petitioner at 1:30 p.m., or as soon thereafter as may be heard, on the 25th day of June, 2026, in the Chancery Courtroom of Adams County Courthouse, in Natchez, Mississippi, and in case of your failure to appear and defend your interest, a finding against your interest for the things and matters demanded in said Petition may be entered and you shall be forever barred from asserting any claim as an heirs-al-law of Lionel White, Deceased.
You are not required to mail or hand deliver a written response to the Petition filed in this action, but you may do so if you desire by mailing a copy of your response to Chandler Law Firm, PLLC, Lisa J. Chandler, the attorney for Estate, whose address is P.O. Box 140, Natchez, Mississippi, 29121, with the original response being filed with the Clerk of the Chancery court of Adams County, Mississippi.
