We, the officers of MAGNOLIA SIGNATURE HOSPITALITY CORP intend to make application for a transfer of an On-Premise Retailer permit under the provisions of the Local Option Alcoholic Beverage Control Laws, 67-1-1, et seq., Mississippi Code of 1972. If granted a transfer from Magnolia Bluffs Casino LLC, doing business as _____ who is operating at 645 S Canal St, Natchez, Adams. I/We propose to operate under the tradename of Magnolia Signature Hospitality Corp - Magnolia Hotel located at 645 S Canal St, Natchez, Adams.
