NOTICE TO CREDITORS

WHERAS, on the 24th day of July 2026, Letters Testamentary in the Estate of GENEVA FOSTER HARRIS, deceased, was granted and issued to the undersigned as Executor by the Chancery Court of Adams County, Mississippi, in Cause No. 01CH1:26cv00145EVD.
NOW, THEREFORE, all persons having claims against the estate of said decedent are hereby notified and required to have the same probated, registered and allows by the Clerk of the Chancery Court of Adams County, Mississippi, within ninety (90) days after the date of the first publication of this notice, and all claims not so probated, registered and allowed within ninety (90) days will be forever barred.
