IN THE CHANCERY COURT OF ADAMS COUNTY, MISSISSIPPI
IN RE: THE ESTATE OF LAYFORN PROFICE SR., DECEASED
CAUSE NO. 2016-0091
NOTICE TO CREDITORS

WHEREAS, Letters of Administration, on the Estate of Layforn Profice, Sr., deceased, were granted and issued to the undersigned Layforn Profice, Jr., and Darren Profice, by the Chancery Court of Adams County, Mississippi on the 10th day of November 2016.
NOW, THEREFORE, all persons having a claim or claims against said estate are hereby notified and required to have the same probated and registered by the Clerk of the Chancery Court of Adams County, Mississippi, within ninety (90) days after the first publication of this Notice of Creditors. A failure to probate and register said claim or claims within said time will forever bar the same.
