SUMMONS BY PUBLICATION

TO: Any and all unknown heirs at law, devisees, executors, administrators, legal representatives or any other persons or parties having or claiming any title or interest, legal or equitable, in and to the property and Estate of Weldon Levon Halford:
You are summoned to appear and defend against the Petition for Adjudication of Heirship and For Other Relief filed in this action by Timothy Shane Miller, at 9:00 o’clock AM on the 8th day of October, 2026, in the Chancery Court Courtroom in the Adams County Courthouse in Natchez, Mississippi, and in case of your failure to appear and defend your interest, a finding against your interest for the things and matters demanded in said Petition may be entered and you shall be forever barred from asserting any claim as an heir-at-law of Weldon Levon Halford.
You are not required to mail or hand deliver a written response to the Petition filed in this action, but you may do so if you desire by mailing a copy of your response to John Ashton Hicks¸ Lewis Law Firm, PLLC, whose address is 116 Jefferson Davis Blvd., Natchez, MS 39120, with the original response being filed with the Clerk of the Chancery Court of Adams County, Mississippi.
