PUBLIC NOTICE
SUBSTITUTED TRUSTEE’S NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE AND SALE
WHEREAS, on the 2nd day of February, 2012, Margaret Knight executed a certain Deed of Trust on the property hereinafter described to Jeremy P. Diamond, as Trustee, with Paula Blalock as beneficiary, said Deed of Trust being recorded in Deed of Trust Book 821, at Page 361, of the Deed of Trust records of Adams County, Mississippi, and which said Deed of Trust secures the promissory note and indebtedness therein de scribed and referred to; and WHEREAS, by instrument dated June 1ih, 2026, recorded in Deed of Trust Book 1039 at Page 28, Paula Blalock, substituted Timothy Blalock as Trustee in the place and stead of Jeremy P. Diamond; and WHEREAS, default now exists under the terms and provisions of the said Deed of Trust and the promissory note which it secures, and said default now continuing, the said Paula Blalock, as beneficiary and as the lawful holder of the promissory note and Deed of Trust hereinabove described, having requested and directed me as Substituted Trustee to foreclose said Deed of Trust as by law and said Deed of Trust provided. NOW, THEREFORE, I, the undersigned Timothy Blalock, Substituted Trustee, pursuant to the trusts vested in me by the aforesaid Deed of Trust, as well as the powers conferred upon me as Substituted Trustee of said deed of trust, do hereby give public notice that I shall, within legal hours, and about the hour of 12:00 noon, on, the 151 day of October, 2026, at the westerly door of the Adams County Courthouse in Natchez, Mississippi, offer for sale and sell at public outcry to the highest and best bidder for cash, all of the following described lot, tract and parcel of land, together with all buildings and improvements thereon, situate, lying and being in the City of Natchez, County of Adams and State of Mississippi, more particularly described as follows, to-wit:
Lots 22 and 24 of Homewood Park Subdivision, as shown on a Plat made by Jordan & Kaiser, engineers, in May 1955, recorded with Deed from Allstates Life Insurance company to Landsowne Park, Inc., dated May 28, 1955, recorded in Deed Book 7-S, page 7 of the records in the office of the Chancery Clerk of Adams County, Mississippi to which reference is made for any and all purposes, together with all the Hereditaments,
Appurtenances, and Advantages thereunto belonging. Being same property conveyed to grantor as found in deed book 22 N at page 381, to which special reference is made for all purposes.
