RULE 81 SUMMONS

THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI

TO: ALL UNKNOWN HEIRS-AT-LAW
OF HERBERT H. HARRISON, JR., DECEASED

You have been made a defendant in the Petition for Adjudication of Heirship filed in this Court by Glenn Harrison, Petitioner, seeking determination of heirship. Defendants other than you in this action are none.

You are summoned to appear and defend against said Petition filed against you in this action at 9:00 o’clock A.M. on Thursday, the 22nd day of October, 2026, at the Adams County Chancery Court in Natchez, Mississippi, and in case of your failure to appear to defend, a judgment will be entered against you for the money or other things demanded in the Petition.

You are not required to file an Answer or other pleading but may do so if you desire.
