You have been made a Defendant in the suit filed in this Court by Stine L.L.C., Plaintiff, seeking damages for breach of your personal guarantee on the debt of your company, Miss-Lou Fence & Outdoors LLC, for the unpaid principal balance due in the amount of $11,579.67, plus interest accruing from and after June 10, 2024 at 1.5% per month (18% per annum), until paid, plus all costs of collection and attorney’s fees for collection.
You are required to mail or hand deliver a written response to the Complaint filed against you in this action to Robert P. Wise, Attorney for Plaintiff, whose mailing and street address is 120 N Congress Street, Suite 630, Jackson, MS 39201.
YOUR RESPONSE MUST BE MAILED OR DELIVERED NOT LATER THAN THIRTY DAYS AFTER THE 2nd DAY OF OCTOBER, 2026, WHICH IS THE DATE OF THE FIRST PUBLICATION OF THIS SUMMONS. If YOUR RESPONSE IS NOT SO MAILED OR DELIVERED, A JUDGMENT BY DEFAULT WILL BE ENTERED AGAINST YOU FOR THE MONEY OR OTHER RELIEF DEMANDED IN THE COMPLAINT.
