TO ALL OWNERS AND PERSONS INTERESTED IN SECTIONS 7, 8, AND 19, TOWNSHIP 6 NORTH, RANGE 2 WEST, LAGRANGE FIELD, ADAMS COUNTY, MISSISSIPPI
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the State Oil and Gas Board of Mississippi, at its regular meeting to be held Wednesday, November 18, 2026 beginning at 9:00 a.m. in the hearing room, 500 Greymont Avenue, Suite E, Jackson, Mississippi, will hear the Petition of McGowan Working Partners, Inc., to extend the inactive well status for a period of one year for the above described wells.
A copy of the Petition is on file at the offices of the State Oil and Gas Board, 500 Greymont Avenue, Suite E, Jackson, Mississippi, and may be there examined by any persons interested. At said hearing all interested persons may appear and be heard.
If you intend to contest the docket or request a continuance you must notify the Board and the Petitioner’s Attorney of your intention in writing not later than 5:00 P.M. on Tuesday, November 10, 2026. Failure to so notify the Board and the Petitioner shall be a waiver of your right to contest or request continuance.
You are advised the Board may adopt orders concerning a Petition which may differ from the relief requested by the Petitioner and Board will enter such order or orders as in its judgment may be appropriate in accordance with the evidence presented.
