TRUSTEE’S NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE SALE

WHEREAS on August 14,2026 Johnathan T. Hargrave and Angelita L. Hargrave executed a certain Deed OF TRUST to Dudley Guice which Deed Of Trust is of record in the Office of the Chancery Clerk of Adams County, Mississippi, on August 14, 2026, in DEED of TRUST BOOK 1040, PAGE 778.
WHEREAS, Default having been made in the terms and condition of said deed of trust and the entire debt secured thereby having been declared to be due and payable in accordance with the terms of said deed of trust, Dudley Guice, the legal holder of said indebtedness, having requested the undersigned Trustee in said deed of trust, will on October 30,2026 offer for sale at public outcry and sell within legal hours(being between the hours of 11:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m), Adams County Courthouse, 115 South Wall Street, Natchez MS 39120, to the highest and best bidder for cash the following described property situated in Adams County, Mississippi, to wit :
The following described real property located at 7 St. Catherine Street in the County of Adams, State of Mississippi, with the following legal description:
PARCEL NO. 41-111D-149.1 and Parcel NO. 41-111D-150 which Webb/Winfield Funeral Home is Situated Together WITH all the improvements now or hereafter erected on the property. All replacements and additions will also be covered by the Trust.
