SUMMONS BY PUBLICATION

TO: Any and all unknown heirs at law, devisees, executors, administrators, legal representatives or any other persons or parties having or claiming any title or interest, legal or equitable, in and to the property and ESTATE OF MALCOLM MARIE SALEEBY:
You are summoned to appear and defend against the Petition for Adjudication of Heirship and for Other Relief filed in this action by MARY JILL SPILLERS, at 9:00 o’clock AM on the 19th day of November, 2026, in the Chancery Court Courtroom in the Adams County Courthouse in Natchez, Mississippi, and in case of your failure to appear and defend your interest, a finding against your interest for the things and matters demanded in said Petition may be entered and you shall be forever barred from asserting any claim as an heir-at-law of MALCOLM MARIE SALEEBY.
You are not required to mail or hand deliver a written response to the Petition filed in this action, but you may do so if you desire by mailing a copy of your response to LUCIEN C. GWIN, III, the attorney for Petitioner, whose physical address is 319 Market Street, Natchez, MS 39120, and mailing address is Post Office Box 1344, Natchez, Mississippi 39121, with the original response being filed with the Clerk of the Chancery Court of Adams County, Mississippi.
