THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI
TO: Any and all known and unknown heirs-at-law, executors, administrators, devisees, legatees, statutory wrongful death beneficiaries, and any and al) persons claiming or having a legal or equitable interest as a statutory wrongful death beneficiary of Quenyia Hill, deceased, including but not limited to Michael Harried, Jr., Micah Harried, Miyahnni Harried, and Masiyah Harried.
You have been made Respondents in the Petition filed in this Court by Vernon Allen, Individually, and on behalf of all statutory wrongful death beneficiaries of Quenyia Hill, deceased, seeking a determination of heirs-at-law and statutory wrongful death beneficiaries of Quenyia Hill, deceased.
You are summoned to appear and defend against said Petition at 9:30 0’clock AM. on the 10th day of November, 2026, in the courtroom of the Adams County Chancery Court, located in Natchez, Mississippi. In case of your Failure to appear and defend, a judgment may be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Petition.
You are not required to file an answer or other pleading, but you may do so if you desire.
